That's where we began our due diligence to find the ultimate all inclusive tax advantaged project some 3 1/2 years ago.
We incorporated our registered office there and although any new corporate entities are in the Cayman we kept the original Corp in Provo which provides additional diversification for IPG.
Any more questions?

Well as you probably know it's short for International Pilots Group.
When we started out as an adhoc group of airline pilots this is what people starting referring to us as and it just stuck.
The name of our Corporation is different.

A good buddy of mine has had a place on Grand Cayman for a lot of years and I've spent a lot of time down there if the new docks are only 10 or 15 minutes from your development that will be very positive for you and your group.

I agree SG1990 it's a pleasant drive but it would also be very nice to have another option especially one that would probably cut the travelling time to gcm in half.
It would also be great for this side of the island economically without changing the lifestyle and enjoyment of it to much.
IMHO
You still coming down in Feb.

You guys do quite a bit of advertising on pprune do you advertise on alot of other aviation forums or publications?
It was sort of cool the other day I was in the Fragrant Harbor Forum and the AOA banner was right above yours.
Its easy to tell it's yours with the sound of the ocean in the background.

For the regulars on this thread i just got back from a trip to the Cayman Islands. I toured most of Grand Cayman and stayed at Castaways Cove and whilst the website is good it doesn't to the actual Resort justice.
The entire property is spectacular and the IPG chaps are gracious hosts. I highly recommend a visit I don't think you will be disappointed.
If anybody has any specific questions I will be pleased to try and answer them.

You can count on it I was very impressed. I hope you don't mind but I think it's important that people know that members of the International Pilots Group receive the following:
Currently they have what I believe is an exceptional offer for members, they're taking small deposits to hold various units at pre-construction prices until they begin construction for Block "B" in Phase II (they've already begun building Block "A" in Phase II. For Example:
1) Studio US $2000.00
2) 1 bdrm US $3000.00
3) 2 bdrm US $5000.00
This offer won't last very long and is basically internal pricing. When they begin construction all unit pricing will go up approximately 7-10% across the board depending on location, floor, size etc., giving those who put down their deposit early a good equity early on which can be utilized for mortgages etc.
I don't see any downside to that, they also did exactly what they said by providing me complimetary accomadation so I could go see it with no strings attached, no sales pitch just a very enjoyable mini holiday.
High marks from me.
