Caav exam
I have caav question bank,but to convert get licence is impossible by yourself,you need to be introduce by the airline ($$$$$$$) this is all the p2f business

Well its 2017 and the airline is still the same as its ever been. 15 hours from your pay slip missing a month that take forever to get back, every day 4 sectors with long duty times and multiple aircraft and crew changes, flying every day with low hour and low standard p2f's who when reach 300 hours on type will question you, locals who are spies for the management and untouchable, zero standardization and do it yourself sops. There is a reason no proper agency associates itself with this outfit and for good reason. Avoid.

we expect the 737 in the 2019 but im not sure that will happen,have double fleet for my is a hight risk,here the requirement
Experience requirements:
1. Total flight time: minimum 4,000hrs
2. A320 PIC hours: minimum 500hrs
Documentary requirements:
1. Maximum age of 60 for Males and 55 for females
2. Valid ICAO CPL/ATPL with A320 Type Rating
3. IR valid (or previous SIM Skill Test)
4. Valid Class 1 Medical
5. The last five papers of your logbook
6. Letter of Civil Aviation Authority of your country where issues your license
(with Name and email address of CAA Licensing Officer)
7. Recommendation Letter from previous Airlines
8. CV (Resume)
9. Application Form (vietjetair.com)
10. Criminal Record within 6 months (with Vietnam embassy authentication)
11. No history of Accident/Incident within 6 months
12. Scan copy your passport with at least 1 year validity
13. Proof of Last flight on A320 PIC within 12 months from the start of your employment with VJ
14. 06 hard copy of photos in uniform (white shirt, tie, stripe, white back ground, size 3x4 cm)
15. ICAO English Level 4 or higher
16. TRI/TRE certificate on A320 (if available)

Vietjet ...still the same SH.T ...according to my friend , a LOT of RUSHIT = russian shit ...fake aeroflot tre/ tri , a pilot yuri after thrt/red acc alt set the levers to MCT ...rushits go to sim do not know the EO Airbus profile , ex V/S 0, before flaps retraction open climb , rushit english level - 4 ....the y pay chen 10K to pass the sim , chen still sending mails after being take away from deputy chief pilot ...sorry hero chen after the emergency landing in HK ...filipinos nice mf but they control roster , they fly more tahn 120 x month , so others pilos making less money !!! good flights to china 8 hours doing by the fili mafia , but at least filis are pilots not like the rushit , by the way if there is sanitary paper to take for home from the aircraft , they do it , rushit they eat , act and live like they are rats ! no english , no sops , no crm ,

Actually, you should; a Captain leaving the circus means that they are in disagreement; now, a Commander getting kicked out due to disciplinary actions... that is another thing 😂

new captains in vjc , coming from vna ( experienced fos ) they pay $22000, did line training like vjc fos but they do not fly for at least a years as per training manual dictates ...so very easy ...vjc for upgrade pay whenever you are coming from , want to be an instructor lick the balls of chung and polish his car , vjc is the fakeist airline in the world, is a cartoon in all aspects ...question for a candidate: if captain vu tells you that you have to do a flight with a no go item you will do it, of course not !!! you are wrong because captain vu is always right ! REAL captains going ! more fakes been hired ! what will happen when an accident occurs ??? airbus will drag deeply on the training records and everybody in vjc will wash it hands passing the ball to each other, as I know from insiders an accident is almost knocking the door ...who will be fake JJ , a rushit , a VC ... could be anyone because the standard of vj is there is no standard is a do what you want to do airline ...

Command upgrade
Hello
Have few query about Viet Jet, if someone please share experience or expertise-
-Could someone please advice about command upgrade process in Viet Jet, how long it takes if someone Join with 5000 hours on Jet. Is upgrade assessment been fair enough or honest ?
-How day to day roster life as cockpit crew, do we get enough days off or is very busy roster
-How is training enviorment inside flight operations department, Is learning or punishing crew ?
