Vietjet New thread
I see that they are still recruiting Capts & FO's
Any update on terms and conditions, Rosters etc, as all recent info is well outdated here at the moment, so fresh imput gratefully appreciated.
I'm Rated 320/321 with hours on type and looking for a change of scenery.
Many thanks.

Pay is ok if you fly a lot, but thats the key word, you need to fly a lot to make the money. A/C new, Hanoi base only for new joiners, roster is a big negative, constant changes and switching from earlys to lates each day is common. Lots of 4 sector days and long duty times, Zero benefits. Guys are constantly leaving.

And a lot of $$$, plus its a line training airline for low hour rich koreans. The question is can you join here as a experienced fo now, probably not.
Jsp have really upped the total time to apply, and with 3000/4000 tt there are many better places in the world to go then vietnam if you have those kind of hours already.

VietJet Cadet Programme
Hi all,
Seems this thread petered out a few months ago. Just wondering if anyone has any details on the cadet programme terms, offer, remuneration, bases, contract, bond, etc? Any information would be useful. Not hearing the best morsels filtering through. Has anyone been through the process?
Much appreciated! Cheers.

Hi everyone,
I'm new here and this is my first post
Has any heard of the vietjet program cadet line training?
The requirements are an ATPL frozen and a type rating on a320
I'm thinking about getting a type rating for this program but don't know if they take
People for no hours on a320 and plus a international applicant.
I'll be very thankful if anyone has information about this program, thank you.

I did some reading about the post on an agency that scammed people and it is a p2f airline for other rich people, but I just want to know if I applied by myself through their own website for this program would it still be the same situation? Still, thanks for reminding.

Just checking what's the best way to apply for DEC? Heard the direct recruitment is not really responsive or actually maybe not even involved in the process anymore because of the notorious agency involved!!
