Supreme Aviation has multiple foreign expat pilots on their payroll currently flying business jets for Essar, Jindal, India Bulls, state government, etc. (their last vacancy announcement was for Hawkers, gulfstreams, etc.).

you are right about Supreme sending a common offer letter to all captains and FO.. i tried to negotiate for the Captains salary, but was denied royally!!
the HR mentioned they cant have different packages for their pilots (which sounds fair)!!
and yes - its going to be VT registered, not N.. they have obtained the NOC from the DGCA to import an operate 6 Caravans!!!
they need like 96 pilots total.. lot of flying..

the other facts i called and cleared with HR at Supreme:
yes, they would not pay any thing for the training or type rating.. which is strange..
however, they are not charging any money for any procedure or any advance.. so yes, its all genuine and no expenses involved..
the other good thing was, they would not let you pursue your type rating or out of pocket expenses, unless the DGCA and government of India clears you for appointing as a pilot with Supreme.. once they have a green signal, they would discuss the offer once again with you, sign a contract, 2 weeks training in USA at YOUR expense, land in India and start flying..

negative.. i went there for the interview..
i had like 1000 questions on my mind so i chose to clear with the CEO who was present there..
he is a rude, arrogant man..
but anyways, i got all the information needed and hence i am sharing with you all..

Supreme JOKE
How many times are thy going to recruit pilots? Plus these guys are even asking money from already type rated Pilots on Caravan. Company's so called "Offer Letter" states that they would hire on a contract of 1 year.. that means that after spending huge amount what do you get in return.??? 700$ a month!! and Yes not just the CEO, but the entire management is rude, arrogant and has no respect for their employees, and I even heard from a Chief Pilot from XYZ company that there is a lobby of Caravans operator's who are now trying to bully people. they will hire them, ask them to pay for their training, pay them salary from their own deposited money(INR 15 LAKHS) , and ask them to leave the company after an year to make way for another bunch of JA who would happily pay for their training etc.. and the cycle continues... so no to these CARVANs CANNIBALs..

Also you have been offered a position by the HR of the company that you are already associated with in the capacity of a Asst COO?? Waaaoo..
Also if you have been offered a position on the Carvan, you must be having an Indian Licence but according to my sources in the DGCA, no one with your name is holding any licence whatsoever.. Something really fishy here... guys lets try to unearth these buggers lets get as much info as we can on them...... they are a bunch of cheats ..

It wont be surprising if the Mohits's PPRUNE profile is fake and operated by some one else from Supreme as Mohit doesnt seem to be from aviation background (according to his facebook profile), just like first few post were marked by Admin as those were planted by Supreme aviation itself.
Even I wonder what happened to the pilots who were recruited in last recruitment by Supreme for Caravan(If any joined). 15 lakhs for Caravan is too much, you can get your rating for 8000$ from Pan-Am or Max 13000$ from Flight safety.

Flying takes training, but what if the instructor teaching you wasn't licensed to do so?
One North Texas man has filed a complaint with the FAA against Supreme Aviation in Addison for that very reason. Now, there's a full blown investigation.
For AJ Williams, flying has always been a dream. So, he went for it, choosing to get his license with Supreme Aviation in Addison. But, an hour before his final exam, he learned one of his teacher's, Amit Agarwal, didn't have an instructor's license.
"It was shocking," he said. "It was definitely shocking."
The FAA says Supreme Aviation is under investigation. As the probe is under way, they are only allowed to rent planes out.
Agarwal surrendered his ability to fly tours around Dallas, which Supreme Aviation heavily advertised.
"He was giving those aerial tours without a commercial license," Williams said.
Agarwal agreed to talk with News 8 because he said he believes he has done nothing wrong, citing a policy called Part 61.
"Under that regulation, anyone can do training anywhere in the country," he said. "So, we are flying; we are flying every day; we are training every day."
The FAA is building its case against the group following several complaints that Supreme Aviation doesn't comply with federal requirements.
Agarwal admitted he doesn't have a license to teach in the United States, but claimed he does have such licenses from Australia, Asia and other "different countries."
"I'm not teaching here," he said.
But, his name and signature were on log sheets, which he later admitted. He said he had taught Williams on "a few flights."
"I don't understand how they are continuing to be able to fly the planes and provide training even after all of this," Williams said.
For Williams, he's out $100 in flight time and worries Agarwal could be putting people in danger.
"Not only, 'Here I'll take your money to give you training I'm not suppose to give you, but I'll also sign you off to fly cross country,'" he said.
That is something only an instructor can approve.
Williams switched flight schools and made up the hours spent with Agarwal. However, he said he still wants to see Supreme Aviation grounded.
