it is very simple 5 modules. Personal info, phycometric type generic questions, aviation related decision questions. There is no right or wrong in these, you have to divide points to all the options. Read the instructions carefully before each module. The multi tasking module is simple with landing plane , basic mental math and alphabet scan.( this test is explained in detail few pages above). Toughest I found was the non verbal reasoning it is the one with finding the correct shape ( more like sudoko of shapes).
Did you pass the online assessment?
Have you been called for the next stage of interview in Singapore?

Me too still waiting for some reply. But the logical reasoning was quite tough to crack. Hope they change the selection criteria!

Not sure about human performance, but for air law and operational procedures they are quite similar but CAAS has different numbers for some of them. An example of that is the CAT I, II, III a/b/c minimas, EASA has different numbers for that. However as a whole they are fairly similar, for generic topics/theory questions, but I'd look up specific numbers as those can come up in the exam.

Do they still ask the candidate to pay for the interview assessment (pay yourself for airline ticket, hotel, psychological test etc and licensing, etc??. reason I ask is no one is mentioning in recent posts about it paying for the interview, type rating etc.
i hope they have abolished pay for the interview.
