First of all, thank you for this topic, it is very interesting and all feedback are always nice to read.
I have been contacted by Cebu and I will have my skype interview on Tuesday.
I have read all posts on this topic in order to have more information about this interview, I think I have a better idea now but is it possible to have more details about this interview? (via PM or here?)
It will be my first interview for a pilot job, the stress is coming

You mentioned they terminated all expats last December, is that correct?
Have they gotten any better, or still a crappy company to work for?
