5 years with the second airline in TPE.
No upgrade,paycut (only expats), no expat contract renewal in the crisis,
higher TAX for expats, no seniority list for expats.
New contracts are only for 1 to 3 years and on the local terms.
I don't know why are they placing the ads for the foreign pilots.
That place is so negative towards them.
Honor should go both ways Etops.
Lot of guys decided to stay with them when everyone was hiring and do their part of the contract.
They did not show the good faith when the times were dire last year.
Why should anyone respect the company which doesn't respect its employees.
