@ The MIR: I dont know when the next round of assessment will be conducted but yes, studying the DGCA stuff for regs and met should take care of those two topics. Good luck

Thumbs up its simple

your GS will be 180 with wind correction.
you got to lose 16000ft
it is normally 3 degree glide angle which would be 16x3=48 TOD dist
but in this case the have given u 39miles as ur TOD dist.
so just do this>>> dist/speed x 60=time
hence 39/180x60=13mins
16000/13=1230 ft per min. :-)

plz correct me if m wrong.

TR A320

Hi every1

I'm planning for a self sponsored TR on A320. My only problem is that I don't have a current multi IR.I cant renew my IR here in India coz i have done it on BE 76 and we have non in India. What can i do about it?? According to the DGCA is multi IR actually required for TR A320 ?
I have talked to the TRTO in Europe and they have no problem with a lapsed IR.

what can i do about it??

a) 70 Knots
b) 83 Knots
c) 85 Knots
d) 90 knots

Thumbs down Merit Not important-This is India

@shabez:
Don't get so keyed up with the Indigo exam. Knowledge is not that important to pass.
Parminder Kaur Gulati (in Jail now for fake licence) was an Indigo Pilot who got selected and there are many more who got selected and are working with Indigo. Surely they didn't enter on Merit.

i do not understand why some people are hellbent to convince everyone that every selection/recruitment process is rigged. I gave inigo exam last year went on to the final stage ( management interview) and didnt get selected , but only because i screwed up.

Many of my friends were recruited throughtout the last year and are getting recruited this year too ( in indigo) . Some of them have become first officers in indigo.

so my message to everyone is keep studying and keep on trying to avail every opprtunity that knocks your door.
