when you say break from hiring you mean no more hiring or delayed induction of 2013 batch,because 2013 batch is already in process, all is done except Medicals.

They definetly will hire buddy.. But they will take their own sweet time to induct the 2013 batch, when the requirement arises..
At this moment their priority is to finish the training of the captains , then the first officers from the 2010 batch who are ready for upgrade, then the type rated people of the 2011 batch, then the remainder of thE 2011 batch....
You must've understood the flow.. They need to finish the 2011 batch first...

Yes the 2011 non type rated batch received the email too, but their email said the induction is deferred to a later date ..
The 2013 batch email said that it stands cancelled..
They have 5batches of backlog plus spice jet people. Hence the delay

and what about the type rated people who have given the exam in 2014..where do they stand?

They still need to declare the result of the 2014 attempt, which at this moment they will not do..
So no idea at the moment about the 2014 batch..
Priority as of now is pushing out expats, spice jet people, induction of the 5type rated batches..

Thanks for the info about 2011 batch.. May i know from which batch you are ?? Myself from 2013 batch and i have not received any mail yet . I also confirmed with more than 5 ppl from 2013 batch and none of them got mail too. One of the 2011 batch guy who's known to me have not got the mail too, so i am not sure about 2011batch.

But what makes you to say the 2013 batch stands cancelled, even the mail posted here doesnt say that.. Just curious to know .. No offence bro !!

Not every one from 2013 has received this mail, I can confirm this and I don't think TFO13 Batch is cancelled, The HR Deptt sent that mail perhaps to avoid inquiries from candidates as there wont be anything till 2017.
