I second that. No doubt their selection process is fair, but they were losing out a lot of money by passing a lesser number for second stage. Considering the trend for last two days,I m sure around 50 would clear the writtens this time and hardly 50% of them would finally walk away with LOI as compared to almost 90% in last attempts. |
July attempt call letters are out.Exams on 18th,19&20th July.Good luck everyone!
|
What i believe is the reason more people are passing is because the reduction in cool off period to 3 months . Lot of candidates who appeared in jan/feb/march reappeared within a short time and with better preparations . Also the guys who flunked once earlier and did not wanted to give the exam due to the upfront payment of 375$ also appeared as the exam is for free and they to were relatively better prepared .
The company which makes a 6 billion dollar deal for 180 a/c why would it be interested in 20k of 30-40 odd candidates anyhow , doesn't make a lot of sense does it ? |

The great circle track from A to B measures 227°T at A and 225 T at B. What is the convergency of the meridians through A and B and in which hemisphere are they?
I got the convergency part but dont know how to find out about the hemisphere |

When travelling towards the westerly direction the GC bearings track turn towards the equator in northern hemisphere. Opposite happens for Easterly.
And similarly in the Southern Hemisphere, opposite of NH. In the above question the convergency is 2 degrees and the hemisphere is Northern hemisphere as the Bearing is decreasing, which means turning towards the equator. |
I seriously donot get what these CAE people are upto this time. 32 have cleared the written in 3 days and 3 days still left. The pass rate has never been so high in any of the previous attempts but previous attempts were all paid till March. This time the 2nd stage is paid and that seems to be the reason for such a high pass rate. Anyways let us see how many of these are finally handed over LOI's.
|
Hopefully, CAE is NOT on the same track as Spicejet now.

i remember when on 20th June exam session Capt Patrik said IndiGo will be having 54 Aircraft by this year end.if we go by math
they have 39 aircraft right now 54-39 makes 15 aircraft(from July to December) so 6 months 15 aircraft Min 10 pilot for 1 aircraft(i am sure its Way Higher than this) thats total of 150 pilots in 6 months from now 20 pilots a month makes 120 still short of 30 pilots... Damn!!!!! and Making a brand new aircraft sit on the tarmac is bad manners:= so they ought to induct more pilots now!!!!!! This is what i suspect |
we the freshers are the ones who are suffering, actually last month 12 type rated pilots were hired by indigo:ugh:
cant the airline give chances to cpl holders without asking them a lot of money like they did back int he days |
hello
hello guys
i got cpl in 2009 and wants to give exam of indigo written ...already registered on their cae site and even mailed my resume to parul and radhika ...but still not getting a call for indigo written...its almost a year now applied to them.....please guys tell me how to contact indigo for appearing in their written test!@umang |
