U must do aptitude test before first interview. And whether CPL or MPL, that depends on the batch. Right now it is MPL but many signed up for CPL, KA will still put u in MPL because there r no CPL right now this year. If u don't wan MPL, many people behind u will gladly take it

Would be a good mix between these two. But I think KA really wants MPL to work. So far KA isn't 100% sure and happy with the results of the MPL training from CAE and CTC. (That's what I heard). But KA is constantly improving on the program because of the benefits associated with MPL.

From my understanding the MPL program is cheaper to run, which is probably why KA want to push it forward so much like you said. Given a choice I think I would go for the CPL program though...

Thanks guys for all the awesome info that some of you provided. I applied for the cpl pretty late, around start of august & i guess i wont be accepted or given a chance as it seems all the slots are filled?

Hi guys,
Dragonair gave me a call last week to tell me i have a AT next week on the 21st, anyone else also got a call?
It seems that they are still recruiting? seems a bit odd since they told me to wait for next intake... which i assumed is in a couple of months time
But Im happy they called

The current intake is almost over already with the final interview this week with the current batch candidates. Any assessments or stages occurring now and beyond are for the next batch.
