the average is 60 hrs a month , roster is nice...

the average is 60 hrs a month , roster is nice with a lot of days off , layovers 24 h to 48h usually unless u don’t fly charter destinations . you get also all benefits of a flag carrier. Management...

It is even worse , on the B787 fleet you are paid only 1000 euro for the all length of your training ( about 4 months ).

Not sure what kind of “talents” they want to attract
