But accepting a charge for a landing is a private agreement/contract between the landing site owner and the helicopter operator, so it's unclear how...

If a hotel or other place charges a landing fee, where does that actually place them in law?

Should a written contract, explaining services provided (or not), be provided?

Does anyone know of a landing site close to Shrewsbury which can accept an AS355 or slightly bigger?

I use hotel and other private landing pads quite a lot. Some charge nothing, probably seeing the parked helicopter as a "status" thing for customers and potential customers to see.
