Don't expect as much flying as you would get out of a UK base. You'll basically either be going backwards and forwards to the UK or on standby, or off.

Fair enough comment. Generally 2-3% plus a few thousand pounds. Profit share comes in to play at the end of this financial year, though nobody is quite sure how it will be divided up.
