Yes Virgin pilots are flying both the 340 and 330. New entrants will generally go on to the 340 and then after 6 months they will be dual rated on the 330.

I believe they just have. Around 16 employed over the last couple of weeks, some low houred guys from the OAT/GECAT scheme, some from baby/regional and the rest rated 320 drivers.
