Why would you think they will share? HKA selects the top ranking candidates in each application. Sharing info means helping others to climb on top of themselves in the ranking.

An S/O (ex-cadet) will not be able to get P1 hours until he/she upgrades onto JF/O. Then he/she will get P1 (U/S) hours when flying as PF.

Not sure about conversion from HKATPL to Canadian one....
