Floating suit

Hi,

A friend is going to cross the pond flying a single engine and looking for a floating cold water suit.
Any idea where he can get one in the UK?

Some hope...

I have just joined a Turbo-prop operator, two of my course mates are around their 50s.
One of them was a PPL instructor and the other was an aero-photographing pilot before joining the airline....

Listen... passing an assessment test is not a black and white thing.
I failed the CTC one but was good enough to graduate from another integrated school and to get an airline job straight away....

I have been in your position and I got the impression that the British airlines do prefer Uk license.
you can do your training at FTE Jerez and get it.

why?...
If you are very good (90% and above ATPL exams, great flying, first time flight exams and good personality), you will have a fair chance to get an interview. ...

not only that they are in the business, they seem to do very well.
they offer a very attractive package for the integrated course.

First of all, as far as I know Delta no longer run JAR courses.
secondly, aviation training was never an investment so don't try to look at it as one.
what matters is if you want to fly for living...

take your time, finish your degree, get a nice job, do the modular...
