I would not say more work than originally...

I would not say more work than originally planned, just that as the aircraft was "spare" some parts had been used for other aircraft on check earlier in the Spring and the Volcanic Ash closures...

I think you will find that both the ex Air Malta B737-200 have already left Southend and are now operating/about to operate out of Ecuador with a company called Aerogal (Aerolineas Galapagos).
