We had a few of them over the years both original engines and the Excalibur conversion. I found the A80 and B80 to be the nicest to fly with the Excalibur's being like flying a big Baron.

Shrike, any of Beechcraft with the Bonanza type wing so Bonanza, Baron, Queenair, Kingair and I loved the Dash 8 200. It was a bit like flying a big Shrike. Loved every minute in all of them.

The Beach 18 VH-SAU was in Townsville for a few years in the 80's. From memory it was with Crocodile Airways before it went to Alligator in Kununurra.
