Thanks, Dan. We used to have the limits. Now we only have a certain number of planes for an hour, not that of a/c which are in the sector at the same time.

*FQ is my interpretation of 'frequency'....

Thanks, guys. Our regulations are often ambiguous. For me, 060 sounds like HDG. And for the flight crews too. It's the case when 0 means just 0, giving no additional safety to phraseology.

What do I mean? There's a route A-B-C-D. I ask an a/c to continue HDG A-B to avoid another traffic. Just a few miles, so there' not a single chance for pilots to get lost in modern glass cockpit....
