In my opinion, if developed well enough, this route should be able to support 12 weekly flights with onward connections in the future.

Seems a little odd to be increasing frequency on a very seasonal route from BOH to JER for the winter from 3 to 4 weekly. They should keep their frequency the same until it's proven during the winter...

Bournemouth had a disappointing fall in pax to over 88,000 in July 09, a fall of 19.5% on previous year. This compares badly with Southampton which recorded only a 1% fall in monthly figures.
