My info is that you spend around 18 days away from homebase.
Is it the big 3-weeks suitcase case or do they split up the duty in sevarel blocks.

As for B767, some have 2 sets of steering wheels, some only 1.
All depending on the specs from the Airline.
(However a High speed turn-off with rudder pedals is not so complicated)
