ATPL-H Hour Requirements

Can someone with a set of publications handy please advise what the hour requirements are for the ATPL Helicopters.

I used to have a link to a website that had a heap of flying tips and information such as:

To maintain 3 degrees glideslope - GS x 5 (90kts = 450fpm)
