Cherbourg on a Sunday is no problem.

You may have difficulty purchasing fuel but the aeroclub are usually open and will dispense fuel for you. Just make sure you have sufficient euros to pay them...

I don't know if it trumps it but I did my ppl on a T67C (for £60 p/hr wet!!) and have the checklist still amongst my artefacts.
