Suitable training aircraft

Without a doubt, the trusty Rollason Condor.

Tailwheel, very pleasant controls, and will spin convincingly.

All of the Condors I learned to fly in had the placard "All aircraft bite fools"...

Breighton originally had only a piece of peri-track for a runway.
Very definitely curved. 29 and 10 approx.

On an 0-200 or C90 the generator drive is in the accessory gearcase along with mag drive gears and starter drive. Not a good place to have metal debris from a sheared generator drive shaft. A rare...

You'd expect at best 2350 from a healthy C90 with that prop.....
I've seen as low as 2125, and a similarly leisurely takeoff performance.:)

You've more or less answered your own question. Much any aircraft that's a wing folder is day VFR. But you could fly on top of cloud if you have an IMC rating.
Someone recently did a wing-fold...

However the strip is not 600 metres long. But quite often...
