I dont think they make pilots to take DGCA exams, not necessarily. I believe they will just change the regulations to allow anyone to convert the ATPL licenses.

Hello,

I am converting my ICAO ATPL to EASA.

I think I will complete ATPL Theory by end of 2023. Then I will fly check ride.

My company will provide EASA Examiners for free for EASA holders....
