ICAO ATPL to EASA

Hello,

I am converting my ICAO ATPL to EASA.

I think I will complete ATPL Theory by end of 2023. Then I will fly check ride.

My company will provide EASA Examiners for free for EASA holders.

Now I have 2 questions.

1-Normally, I fly LPC in every April. If I fly LPC with an EASA examiner at my company, will that be valid to get EASA Type Rating ? (Or I need an ATO ?)

2- In case I take checkride at an ATO in December 2023 for EASA, will I be able to fly LPC at my company with an EASA examiner in April 2024 for renewal ? (it may less 5 months between 2 check rides)

Thanks in advance.
