What is starting pay for their FO's. Any 401k or retirement? What is upgrade time and will the Japanese upgrade any expat FO's? Do you fly with all Japanese or a mix of Expats?

Couple of questions gentlemen.
Can you get hired through a contract agency as an FO with 777 type and 0 time in type but 7,000 total time and 5,000jet?

Also, if you are hired as an FO for a 5yr....

Thanks for the reply Dominican. Good points made. I guess for me even taking the extra 2 day per month for 18 working- commuting from the US back over to Japan you still loose those 2 days with...

Anyone commuting from the U.S. on the 20 day rotation with a wife and kids at home? How is it working out, are you still married. Just curious. I turned down an offer last year for family reasons....

Pm me and I'll give the rundown. By the way AJV (JP Express)is the CARGO side and AJX (Air Japan) is the pax side. Also, unless you are previously typed in a Boeing aircraft dont expect a CA slot...

Word right now is you may interview for both companies but AJV is fat on crews. Looking for Capts. and FO's for the AJX side of things.

Ishi...Good post...just a couple of questions. What do you mean when you say that AJV does not have the Facilities to allow Bussines ZED on other carriers? Maybe Im not understanding the process...
