I went for an interview at Etihad for the A320. They told me we'd all be CCQ'ed to the A330 - probably.

Is this real? Is it really, really, really real? I can imagine a lot of A320 pilots...

Never having flown widebody/longhaul I'm not sure what the big differences are.

I dream not, I'm just repeating what I was told at the interview. It does seem clear enough that five years is the absolute theoretical minimum, and it could be far longer in reality.
