you can do your 15hrs on SE, but only if are endorsed on that aircraft. as its just command hours. and you should be recent on your multi as well so do all the checks on multi aircraft.

i had the same problem but they said they don't have the windows to fill these blanks in their software so their site detects this as a shortfall(error) since there is no information filled by...

date is not fixed yet.. but end Oct or mid Nov. doesn't make a big difference and they are gonna mail you again with the details of exam so don't worry even if they don't mail you, some one else on...

whats the point??its gonna take more time to issue a licence by DGCA as they now will have to print every verification letter n put in the respective files n they have to search by name. :ugh:

and actually this will show you some error in your FRTOL section but don't worry that's absolutely normal according to DGCA...
