The point, is so they can fly IFR.

I'd offer to pay for a type rating....

There are so many people out there looking for a job with low hours....
As you say ..beggars can't be choosers..
If paying for a type rating gets you the job, you have no choice but to do...

The Air Pilots Manuel Is widely used and I used it and passed the exams with out any problems, I do'nt know about the PPL Coutse series , I haven't used it.
