As long as P68 that u wish to fly is a multi-engine, there shouldn't be a problem.
coz I flew PA-34 Seneca 1 and appeared here for specific exam of seneca 3 and flew seneca 3 for gft day,night and...

Yes I was thinking abt it but was doubtful abt it since one side DGCA says GFTS to be done in India and on the other hand they take out the circular u mentioned.
