max 55 yrs of age, no disciplinary action, a minimum of 2 LPC/OPC and 1 line check with grade 4 (3???) as average.

They just put an adjustment on the basic pay but only with the scope of making you pay at least for half of your type rating or command...

No, it's very difficult to exercise good judgement on your position relative to the bridge....the engine is almost impossible to see, and of course you're looking ahead to comply with marshaller...

Unfortunately he thought it was a -300ER, which is some 10 mtrs...
