I just looked at EK's website and I don't see a 30 ton requirement listed. Is it an unoficial rule that they are not calling pilots that have experience on jets less than 30 ton?

EY has A320, and they have very terrible rosters from what I heard from the pilots at EY that are on the A320. EK does not have any A320s their roster on any airplane you get assigned to is better...
