could somebody rated on A380 throw some light.

"the aircraft suffered an anti-skid failure on landing resulting in brakes blocking and causing two main wheels to be ground down to the axle",

Could any A380 experienced crew suggest the reason...

first max auto.. then if needed pls max manual... dont forget other must do things..

obviously nobody stops you from taking over onto using manual max from max auto.. buddy... thrust reversers/ flaps 40, and all others are sure considerations... what i mean is start with max auto and...

it was a smooth landing..

i think it was a very smooth landing... was he at high speeds... DFDR data will only speak the truth... did he correct the drift on time... was it wet... dry? anybody plzz with actual METAR..

Arrester Barrier would have helped !!

Jokes apart for planes touching down beyond the touchdown zone.. first 3 thousand feet or so..and on the short runways...the resultant ....

residual.. i call it left-overs of the runway...landing...

WTF.......obviously the scapegoat is the pilot..

atc= cares nothing...maintenance is by MIAL.. the airport developer..victim is the pilot...why is the atc not blamed for allowing/ clearing the...

imagine a pilot not flying and sitting in a office chair and doing 9-5 job. he will be one unhappy guy. from a pilot whos been der dun that and more..

it is not hydroplaning...

whatever be the hydroplaning speed.. for the boeing 737NG it will be above 60 kts.. even if it were bald tyres..

the runway excursion happened..in the taxying phase of the flight.. and at the end...

seat guru:- if you go to the website you'll find most of the 744's have over 400 seats.
744 and 380 are both costly to operate.. lets wait for the orders.. to pile-up.. i doubt if the 380 will fly...
