Requirement at outstation is country/station dependent. Home base there are no rules after a duty and testing only when directed by doctor if you have symptoms.

It is being run as a ULR with 2 complete crew (2CA & 2FO - sometimes even a 3rd FO). Must have 2 days off before and after such a duty.
