I agree we have been very focused on the leeds students and its a big contract for us. However we now have two instructors concentrating on the cpl side of the operation and 5 instructors for leeds...

so you have never been in a sim then? the simulator can be a bit unrealistic and certainly at the levell of training for the IR it can also be stressful. your right though there really is no need...
