You cannot do any extra operational hours before or after a shift - that would break scratcoh....

But RPI+1.5% is the figure that NATS and the actuaries use to forcast the cost of the fund. Its THEIR figure. So if we're not going to get these pay rises why don't NATS readjust their forecast...

My understanding is that the Barron can close the scheme to new entrants when he likes. It will be their new T&Cs that they sign up to. He cannot implement the pensionable pay cap without a yes vote....
