Wouldn't worry about 1/2 the branch leaving, they feel like that let them go. Be more worried about OC how many AE ratings on 2OE/EC5/10 are going to be likely to move...not many.

How about we pull all Merlin MK1 from the ass end of the T23.
Replace T23 flights with LX3/8 as applicable and let them run the Lynx fleet down....

Funny how the people normally stating that loss of FP will see them leave are SO2/3 ranks. Guess £140 a day 52/7 or £51K a year is not enough for their "oh so" valuable service.:)

Seem to have had a few light blue vistors over the last 2 days...AKA 2 CH47, 2 Puma and 1 MK 3 EH101 any ideas why?
