Captain's basic RM12k/mth. Flying pay RM195/hr. Average mthly hrs 80+

Contribution to EPF(Employee Providend Fund) + Income Tax (based on Basic Salary) = approx RM3k/mth

I'm clear about the fastrack being offered only if there are no existing FO's with 3 yrs service ahead in line.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I understand the UAE does not grant PRs to foreigners. So can I say that the residency visa is equivalent to a PR status then?
