Captain's basic RM12k/mth. Flying pay RM195/hr. Average mthly hrs 80+

Contribution to EPF(Employee Providend Fund) + Income Tax (based on Basic Salary) = approx RM3k/mth

So expect RM24-25k/mth net.

Annual leave 28 days.

6 Free tickets/yr (transferable)

Unlimited ID90 tickets.

Full medical cover for self, and hospitalisation only for family.

No company transport to/from work.
