Have no idea how many are still in after the psychomotor exam... But during my psychomotor, only one of the six did not make it... So I assume there are still many left!

Nope, I haven't applied to any other school for ab-initio.

Omni may be an option, but they do not offer the loan-now-pay-later scheme of PAL.

I thought of applying in Clark Aviation as well but...

I thought they have to go to other jobs first in order to accumulate more hours. So PAL does not require much flight hours for SO level.
