Any kind info on Sapphire's recruitment, remuneration package etc.

Last heard rumour they accepted in 2 ex SQ 744 SFOs direct left hand seat upgrade.

Any headsup on the A320 rating? Was it a self sponsor program get the rating first before applying or they employ u, send u for the course and u got to pay...
