Currently the only base is in Singapore. There is an oz operation based in melbourne which is starting up soon, but so far you got to get your own work permit if your not an ozzie to go there. The Singapore operation is not to bad. Lots of long flights, to perth darwin canton, macau, which help you get to your 100 hours in 28 days. Most the people here are really not bad at all, big mix of nations here. The cp is a really decent guy, which helps set the tone. Of course there are problems like everywhere, the sched changes quite a bit and you do work pretty hard. Its a 5 on 3 off 5 on 2 off pattern, supposed to go from early to lates each pattern, although that does not quite work. No real benifits from the company, the salary is not bad. An F/O will take a bout 10,000 sing dollars home a month, captn 15,000 or a bit more.
I dont think its a place to stay for ever, but if you need to build some time and work with some good people for a while its a great place to be. There is talk of a temp base is Bangkok, but its just talk so far. We seem to be hiring more often than not so good luck to you.

Hi just looking for some info,

Does any one have any information on the interview format is like?

And the average amount of hours that First Officers are getting job offers and how many F/O are they hiring a month?

What the ratio between A320 rated and non rated A320 new F/O?

Many thanks in advance.
