Training Agreements

Question for all pilots working in Europe.

Are 'Training Agreements' common practise? I.E. You agree to stay for 2 years and we will let you our fly fancy slick plane. If you leave before the 24...

OK, I was a good boy and did a search and found some info on asthma and cx applications. It was useful.

I was medically downgraded in the military to non fast jet aircraft and continued flying...
