ho controllato l'OM.A Air Italy cap. 8.2.1.8 rev.5 (lo trovi su google) : non c'è scritto da nessuna parte che durante il rifornimento con i passeggeri a bordo, i motori devono essere spenti.

...ma se l'ENAC lo vieta in Italia, perché dovrebbe essere possibile a Roatan !?
il COA è rilasciato secondo le normative ENAC e quelle EU-OPS, quindi non dovrebbe essere possibile da nessuna parte,...

I'm talking about ZED and ID tickets : I think in my Company (Alitalia) it's too much complicated to phisically get those tickets.
We have some automated machines but not all...
