LTMA organization

Hi guys,

Was looking for some one to brief me on London TMA organization.
Waypoints in and out of EGGW, EGSS EGCY and EGKK and typical altitudes.

Interesting and true, the spoilers had a slight upward deflection while flaps were moving, but kept it until the aircraft reached the gate and engines were shutdown...

I`m looking for some info on GQNN and QGPP airports. How is ATC? Is it user friendly? (B738) Runway conditions? Fuel reliable? Usual weather? Do ILS work?

For an A320, what happens if both fadec fail for an engine.
According to FCOM you will have no engine indications, but engine runs.
The question is: Do you still have engine control?

Most airplanes flight manuals require fuel pumps off after engine shutdown and on only before departure. Usually they don`t explain why they should be off for refuelling. I remember reading somewhere...

Correct!

The call "gear up/down" confirms that PNF has executed the PF order, it does not confirm gear in position. If the gear fails to fully retract or extend, ECAM will let you know.
