EASA R44 Bladder Compliance Date

Hi all

Bladders are due to be fitted on R44's in EASA land by 2nd April.

Have a set of tanks ordered but there appears to be a mad delay on them.

We have had to scrap one of our R44 blades due to a failed tiny piece of bonding just beside the tip cap - about 1/2 the size of your baby fingernail!!!

I did some of my training in a Schwizer 300Cbi and then moved to a R44.

The 300Cbi is a fab heli room wize, i even fely as if there was enough room...

Will a class 3 Faa medical do for flying a IE reg bird (on a FAA PPL(H))or do you have to have a class 2Med??

Also, Where can you get a FAA Medical done. The Dr in Fitswilliam Sq (i think)...
