What QR says they'll fly and what they actually fly is two completely different matters. Either way I'm sure their crew scheduling team are delighted with such random aircraft allocations.

How are Jet2 crewing the Bristol flights? I assumed there was a base at Bristol but it seems the crew I had on a recent flight were Leeds based and doing stints presumably out of a hotel in Bristol.

Wonder if they are really keeping a direct flight and the indirect flight to Aberdeen (at similar times), or whether the direct flight will get binned off. Both are showing on sale for now.

Helsinki launched last year with the A320...

The B787 at Bristol isn't an issue as such*.. although filling it might be! The A320 or A319 might be more realistic aircraft for QR if they do show up at BRS.

If they can do SFB non-stop on a B787 from BRS there should be no issues with routes of a similar or shorter mileage being launched, a la Qatar to DOH*.
