I'd say you were pretty close Magicmick. There are certainly stories of TRI/TREs being pulled off courses to fly the line. Short of Captains, but hopefully good news for experienced FOs.

T/O Flap Retraction and Icing Speeds

Take off flap is 15 degrees.

At "Acceleration Altitude" the "Climb Sequence" is initiated. The nose is lowered with a climb airspeed of 170 Knots set in the ATR 72 (some companies use 180 Knots)...

Ice protection on turboprops usually comes by way of electrically heated propellers and horns together with pneumatic deicing boots on the leading edges and engine intakes, etc....

There are jobs if you have an ATR rating and 500hrs on type, but currently they would be in Africa or Asia.
